You will need:

4 ripe apricots
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup raw organic sugar

Purée the apricots, add the coconut oil, then blend in the sugar. Massage gently in a circular motion, all over your legs, from the top of your thighs, all the way down, and rinse gently with warm water.

The apricots are rich in vitamins A, C, and E—powerful antioxidants to help prevent signs of premature aging, and will help to keep your skin supple. Coconut oil is a natural moisturizer, and the sugar is a gentle exfoliant.
